MyUFHealth Patient Portal

Staying connected to your care shouldn’t be limited to office visits. MyUFHealth is UF Health’s secure online patient portal, giving you 24/7 access to your health information from your computer or phone — wherever you are.

Please note: MyUFHealth is available to patients who have been seen at UF Health. If you’re a new patient, you’ll be able to sign up for an account after your first visit with Dr. Grimsley.

What You Can Do With MyUFHealth

Through your MyUFHealth account, you can:

  • View your health information and your care team’s visit notes
  • Schedule appointments with Dr. Grimsley and other participating providers
  • Complete pre-visit questionnaires ahead of your appointment
  • Send secure messages and attachments to your care team
  • View lab and radiology results
  • Select a pharmacy and track prescription refills
  • View and pay your bills, and request financial assistance if eligible
  • Update your personal information, medications, and allergies
  • Access medical records from other health systems you’ve visited

How to Sign Up

Already been seen at UF Health? Signing up takes just a few minutes:

  1. Look for your activation code, included on your after-visit summary or discharge paperwork.
  2. Go to the MyUFHealth sign-up page and either enter your activation code or, if you don’t have one, follow the prompts to create an account using your personal information.
  3. Have an email address ready — one is required to set up your account.
  4. Set up two-factor authentication. You’ll be asked to verify your identity with a code sent to your email or phone each time you log in, to help keep your information secure.

Note: UF Health has formed a unique collaboration with Epic to launch a new electronic medical record feature, MyChart Central. Starting Nov. 6, 2026, patients can securely access their medical records through a single login, regardless of which participating health system or provider they visit.

Get the Mobile App

Manage your care on the go by downloading the free MyChart app (by Epic Systems) from your phone’s app store. Search for “UFHealth” within the app and log in with your MyUFHealth account.

A Note on Test Results

You may see your test results in the portal before your provider has had a chance to review them with you. We appreciate your patience — some results are best understood with your provider’s guidance, and Dr. Grimsley’s team is committed to reviewing your results and answering your questions directly.
